These terms

These terms apply when you book and attend a Divine Feminine class or session. By booking, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, email holly@divinefeminine.uk before booking.

Bookings & payment

Classes are booked through our booking partner, Cal.com, with payment taken securely via Stripe at the time of booking. Your place is confirmed once payment is complete. Prices are shown at the point of booking.

Cancellations & refunds

All class bookings are non-refundable. Once payment is complete your place is confirmed, and fees cannot be refunded, including where you are unable to attend. If your circumstances change, please email us as early as possible and we will, at our discretion, do our best to offer a class credit or transfer your place to a future class.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class, you will be offered a full refund or a place in an alternative class.

Health & participation

Heels dance is a physical activity. Please take part within your own limits and let us know about any injuries or health conditions beforehand. You attend classes at your own risk, and are responsible for wearing suitable footwear and clothing.

Conduct

Our classes are a safe, judgement-free space. We ask everyone to be respectful and supportive. We reserve the right to refuse or end participation for behaviour that affects others' safety or enjoyment.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
